Serves as a dedicated operational support contact for PSS Security Solutions' clients, coordinating guard deployments, addressing on-site service requirements, and ensuring all delivery commitments are met on schedule. Provides reliable, responsive operational coordination for clients across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad.
Rapid Deployment & Emergency Response
Manages urgent guard deployments for emergency requirements, short-notice client requests, and event security needs. Ensures PSS Security Solutions maintains the standby personnel capacity to meet rapid deployment requests across Delhi NCR — minimising response time and ensuring no client site is ever left uncovered.
Site Visits & On-Ground Quality Assurance
Conducts regular client site visits to verify guard performance, confirm post adherence, and ensure deployed personnel are meeting PSS Security Solutions' professional standards. Identifies service gaps early and coordinates prompt corrective action — before issues escalate or affect the client's experience.
Cross-Team Operations Support
Works closely alongside Kali Charan, the General Manager, and the Managing Director to deliver comprehensive operational coverage across all PSS Security client sites. Supports shift continuity, guard supervision, and operational resilience — ensuring seamless, uninterrupted service delivery for every client in Delhi NCR.
