In this frontline leadership role, Kali is responsible for the day-to-day management of security guard deployments across all active client sites in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. He oversees duty scheduling, shift rosters, guard attendance, and on-site supervision — ensuring that every PSS Security client receives the consistent, professional protection they expect, every single day of the year.

Core responsibilities

Kali’s role sits at the heart of PSS Security Solutions’ service delivery. He coordinates directly with site supervisors and field teams to monitor guard performance, address operational gaps, and respond swiftly to any issues that arise on the ground. When clients raise concerns about coverage, attendance, or conduct, Kali is the first point of escalation within the operations team — ensuring that resolutions are implemented promptly, professionally, and without disruption to the client’s premises or operations. His hands-on approach to field management is a key reason why PSS Security Solutions maintains high client satisfaction across Delhi NCR.

Standards and reliability

Kali works closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to uphold the operational standards that define PSS Security Solutions: police-verified and uniformed guards on every shift, immediate replacement protocols for any attendance failure, and regular supervisory visits to every active site. Under his operational oversight, deployments are supported by structured daily reporting, continuous performance monitoring, and strict discipline protocols — giving clients across Delhi NCR the confidence that their premises are always protected to the standard they contracted for.
 

Skills

Guard Deployment & Shift Scheduling
Manages duty rosters, shift scheduling, and guard deployment across all active PSS Security client sites in Delhi NCR. Ensures full shift coverage at all times, with standby guard protocols in place to prevent any gap in protection from attendance failures or emergency requirements.
Field Supervision & Performance Management
Oversees site supervisors and frontline security personnel across multiple client locations simultaneously. Conducts regular field visits, monitors guard conduct, discipline, and post adherence — managing performance standards to ensure consistent, professional service delivery at every PSS Security site across Delhi NCR.
Incident Response & Client Issue Resolution
Acts as the primary operational escalation point for client concerns, on-site incidents, and service delivery issues. Coordinates rapid, structured responses to security incidents, attendance gaps, and client complaints — ensuring every issue is resolved quickly and professionally with minimal disruption to the client.
Operational Reporting & Quality Control
Maintains structured daily operational reports covering guard attendance, shift coverage, incident logs, and field supervisory observations. Works closely with senior management to continuously improve service delivery standards and ensure every deployment meets PSS Security Solutions' quality and compliance protocols.
