A large shopping mall in Delhi NCR receiving thousands of daily visitors across multiple entry gates required a comprehensive security solution covering vehicle entry management, customer frisking at all pedestrian entry points, loss prevention across retail floors, and crowd control during peak weekend and festival shopping hours. The mall management specifically required female guards at every entry checkpoint for legally compliant frisking of female customers — a requirement that their previous security arrangement had not fulfilled consistently, creating both legal risk and customer experience issues. The security team also needed to coordinate with individual store security teams and respond to incidents across a large multi-floor retail environment. PSS Security Solutions was engaged to provide a full-mall security deployment including female guards, trained male guards, and on-site supervisory management.

Vehicle entry management at all basement parking entry ramps — guards managing vehicle flow, monitoring for suspicious activity, and coordinating with parking management to maintain organised, accountable vehicle access throughout.

Retail floor guards across multiple levels during peak weekend and holiday hours — coordinating with individual store security teams, conducting regular floor patrols, and providing a visible security presence across all trading floors.

Deployment Outcomes
Female frisking compliance achieved at 100% of operating hours from day one — trained female PSS guards maintained consistent checkpoint coverage across all shifts, meeting all legal and operational requirements.
